Public education and protected health workflows stay separate.
The current educational site does not enable on-site forms, patient intake, provider applications, patient accounts, or the LA Health Vault integration. Google Analytics 4 measures aggregate site use so the education library can be maintained and improved. LA Digital Systems is the legal operator and privacy owner.
What this site collects
No operational lead form, patient account, or medical upload is enabled. Google Analytics 4 may collect limited device, browser, page-view, and interaction data. The general contact buttons send only a fixed route label to analytics; they do not collect or send email text or health information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. The appointment-brief tool runs in your browser and does not send its entries to this site or to Google Analytics.
Ownership and contact
LA Digital Systems operates this site. General nonclinical navigation or participation questions, corrections, and privacy requests can be sent to info@ladigitalsystems.com. A contact button opens your email application; this website does not receive or store the draft. If you send the message, it becomes ordinary email correspondence with LA Digital Systems. Do not send patient information through this address.
Do not submit health information
Do not enter names, birth dates, record numbers, diagnoses, reports, detailed symptoms, medications, insurance information, or other identifying health data into any public inquiry channel. This site does not send appointment-brief entries, email text, or health information to analytics.
Before any intake opens
Any future public intake must identify the hosting and analytics providers, contact owner, data categories, purposes, retention, deletion process, and any applicable health-data obligations before collection begins.
