Prostate questions, made navigable

You deserve a clear next question—not a rushed conclusion.

Modern Prostate Institute is being built to help patients understand elevated PSA, MRI, biopsy, cancer decisions, and urinary symptoms before the next appointment.

What this institute is for

Education that respects the weight of the decision.

See the whole picture

A lab value, image, biopsy, symptom pattern, and personal goal each tell a different part of the story.

Prepare for the visit

Leave with the records, questions, and follow-up responsibilities written down.

Compare real options

Understand what each option is meant to accomplish, what it cannot promise, and what recovery involves.

Keep clinicians in the loop

This site organizes information. It never replaces examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified clinician.

The gateway question

What does an elevated PSA actually mean?

PSA is made by prostate cells. Cancer can raise it; so can benign enlargement and inflammation. Context comes from the trend, prostate size, symptoms, recent history, imaging, and the reason the test was ordered.
