Review status

Domenico Savatta, MD reviews and approves medical guides for public educational publication. The exact review date remains visible on each guide. Some guides are published by the editorial team before that review is complete; those pages say so at the top, name the reviewer who has not yet read them, and show no review date for the unreviewed text until the review happens.

Some guides are reviewed by an outside specialist. The TULSA-PRO guides were medically reviewed by Michael O. Koch, MD, of Indiana University School of Medicine, and Dr. Savatta approved their publication. Each of those pages names Dr. Koch and his review date.

Sources and currency

Guides favor government health agencies, medical specialty organizations, consensus systems, peer-reviewed research, and source material supplied through the project brief. References appear on each guide.

Editorial independence and disclosure

Payment or provider participation must not determine medical conclusions, provider ranking, or unsupported claims of superiority. Sponsored content and paid placement must be clearly disclosed.

Corrections

Published pages display a review date or a review-pending notice and maintain an internal revision record. Material corrections should be made promptly and, where useful to readers, disclosed on the page.

Use of AI

AI may support drafting, organization, and quality checks. It does not diagnose, prescribe, approve clinical content, or replace accountable human editorial and clinical review.
